Our three co-founders Max Rosenfeld, Steve Kaufman & Stebs Schinnerer established Crews for a Cause in 2017. Throughout their careers Steve, Stebs & Max have always had a passion for producing stories that can help people. We don't just want this for ourselves, we want to enable and empower creatives who feel the same as us. Crews for a Cause is that idea.
Max and Steve live in Los Angeles, and Stebs lives in Oakland. Both Max & Stebs grew up in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Their pursuit of filmmaking and warmer weather took them out west.
