When a charity or organization gets in touch with us, we’ll first have them fill out our Cause Typeform so we have a clear look at the potential Cause and what their needs for a film are. Then we’ll evaluate each on a case-by-case basis, making sure their message is one we want to help promote. Evaluation will consist of the following:
- Meeting in person or by phone with the organization leader(s).
- Reviewing their website and/or current social media resources.
- Assessing their expectations, and making sure they are aligned with our own.
- Determining what our overall impact would be to the project.
There must be unanimous board approval to move forward with the project. Once a determination is made by the board contact will be made with the requesting organization one way or the other to either continue with the project or not to pursue it.
