This process always begins by making sure each potential crew member fills out the Crew Member Typeform. Doing this allows us to fully understand each person’s talents, availability and passionate interests. When a new form is submitted the CFC team will collectively review it, making sure to take into consideration (but not limited to) the following:

 

  • Experience and portfolio
  • Assessment of skills
  • Ability to be self-sufficient (how hands-off can CFC team be)
  • What types of causes they’re most interested

 

From here, one of us will reach out to the crew member personally (via phone) welcoming them to the crew. This will serve as a second assessment so we can better understand their reasons for becoming involved. Knowing what they’re most passionate about helping with will ensure we connect them with causes they truly care about.
