When a cause is reviewed and accepted by the Crews for a Cause board members, the volunteer list will be notified by MailChimp draft regarding the upcoming project, including a synopsis of the project, as well as our volunteer and equipment needs for the dates in question.
Based on the volunteers that respond, a select group of individuals will be assigned to the project.
The producer or project manager volunteering will be responsible for the finality of the project: from pre-interviewing the key subjects of the video, to conducting the actual interviews and collaborating with the assigned editor.
The producer and/or director will also decide (in conjunction with the Crews for a Cause board) the creative tone of the piece, including the use of VO, graphics, animation, music, etc.
