We want to make the process as fun and headache free as possible, and the best way to make sure that happens is communication! It is important that we are all on the same page the whole way through, from conception of the idea to the edit & delivery of the finished video. To do so, we use a project management application called Trello. It is 100% free to use, and will help us all stay connected and in the loop.
Using Trello on your smartphone or computer, you'll be able to have all of the information you need at your fingertips:
- A full contact list with the information of everyone who is involved in the project.
- A chat room to discuss ideas and questions.
- A calendar to set and see schedules.
- A step by step procedural walkthrough to follow from start to finish. This ensures the best communication and efficiency between our teams. Within the project these steps will be formatted as "tasks". As you move along in the process and start checking off the tasks, we will be able to get a live look-in to the progress of every project.
