Being Reliable

The most important things for you to keep in mind from the beginning are to work hard, be professional and be kind. Make sure to treat everyone from crew members to your clients  with respect and to do the best work you can with what you’re given. To make sure things go as smoothly as possible it’s important to create a streamlined production. Here are a ways that make this possible:

Creating a Call Sheet

Doing this assures you have all your ducks in a row - so to speak - and everyone else involved in the production is on the same page as you. We recommend using Set Hero. It’s a simple and well-designed platform that allows you to communicate with your crew and easily assure everyone gets the information they need. Thankfully CFC crew members have use of this for free by signing in with our account information.

Being Mindful of Time

Let’s be honest: no one likes to work late. So to make sure of this CFC shoots run no longer than a 12-hour day (including an hour for lunch), though we like to try and keep them to 10.  Do your best to wrap up on time and always be mindful that the subjects and crew you’re working with may have prior obligations for after wrap.
