Once the video is finalized, it is important that our music partners who have contributed to the project receive a "Cue Sheet" that lets them know which of their music cues were used and at what times in the video. The editor or producer will be responsible for creating the Cue Sheet before passing off the project.

 

How to Create a Cue Sheet:

  • Please use this template to create the cue sheet.
    • Be sure to fill out the correct information up top and fill out the song names in the same style of the ones used in the template.
    • Make sure to be as accurate as possible with the in/out time codes.
  • Once completed, download the document as a .PDF and save to the CFC project hard drive under the "Workflow" folder.
  • Once downloaded to the "workflow" folder, be sure to rename the file according to the project.
    • Ex: "Organization Cue Sheet"
  • Once the drive is given back, the document will be sent out to the music contributors and uploaded to our CFC drive for everyone's records.
