These specs may change, but when finishing a project to be passed to audio finishing stages, we use these settings:

VIDEO

Apple ProRes 422 (Proxy) or DNXHD36 (This is pref)
Visual timecode burn

AUDIO
OMF or AAF EMBEDDED FILES
bit depth = 24 bit
sample rate = 48kHz
handles = 300 frames (10sec.)
